Thank you much for the suggestions and your point of view on this. I realize as much that everyone is doing their best in making the issues known. We are not talking about the old paradigm of old media, but of citizen journalism. Where the need to look for stories should not be the key, but the idea is that by a greater number of citizens on the ground, news will come to us. quick and successive news just by text from ordinary citizens, this is the goal, but we have to start somewhere. Indeed, I actually would like to email the editor here, but have not found a contact email, but would appreciate if someone could point me to his email. Please don't be offended, I am doing this with good intentions, and I know the roadblocks are many. All I really want is to spread the issues of our region (I am from Samar) into the greater audience awareness and purview.. We all have the same goals, and I am hoping we can work together, and the suggestions you mentioned by linking here is excellent really, but we need to do more.. and this is where a collective discussion on how we can do this needs to start... And in this site, I see the good that can come from so many individuals willing to be active and engaged on the issues.. Now, let's see where we go from here.. We are not here to replace SamarNews, we are here to combine our efforts, and together, I know we can do so much more. Again, thank you for the response, I really appreciate the concern that we all have..
