Pinagbabaril sila tapos pinagsasaksak ang mga taong pumatay sa kanila ang iba nagsialisan na sa barrio, kaya kong mayroon po kayong magagawang tulong sa crime na ito contact lang po ang mga polis sa Balangiga. Paalala sa mga kamag anak na mayroong nagpapadala sa inyo galing sa ibang bansa na mag ingat dahil ito ang mga tao ay nag kakalat sila sa mga city para mang holp up at siguradong maraming buhay ang kanilang mapipinsala.

Galing talaga ng SSU Engineering... I have read in the ssu web site... www.ssu.edu.ph that they have 14 new civil engineers and one of them is 4th placer in the name of Christopher Surigao... galing... Passing percentage of SSU-Batch 2006 is at 78% daw…pero SSU performace is at 67%, CIT in cebu has 41% and EVSU only 35%, National Passing is at 44%.

Last month they produced 3 new Electronics and Comunications Engineers... (3/5) or 60% passing... EVSU the other school in the region offering ECE has 41% the well known Engineering School in Cebu, CIT has 19% while AMA University in Manila has only 19% passing also...

Since my last message yielded positive results, might as well try again. Just want to call the attention of generous individuals to help my new found friends in Pagsang-an, Paranas,Samar.

This is a place where you may reach trekking hills and crossing (hababaw gad ngani) the same river for maybe a dozen times for five hours ini Pare! All because no accessible road leading there. The access is Lawaan or Concepcion. There is no electricity though water is abundant. People have not been visited by doctors or even just midwives. Children have not received immunization – a must for a healthy life.

Talked to paranas MHO and said he deploys other health workers to near the place. But to bring your kids to the more accessible place is a torture. Imagine the blazing sun to bring a child there. Di ba pwede hira an tumukad. Some Children there do not go to school anymore and most elderly are illiterate. There is a school okey but Maam teaches only one grade level. Pag grade 2 yana, standbye muna ang grade 1. Ganoon. Pag minals pa, Maam is indisposed.

Let us help Chairman Noe Mabanan. They also need reading glasses for the senior citizens. Thank you generous souls and God bless!
