CALICOAN Beach front For Sale !
To all of our kababayan,
Samarinyo, especially those Guiuananon from abroad, I would like to share
this mega financial opportunity from our own IROY NGA TUNA - CALICOAN SAMAR.
On May 20th, 2005, Philippine President Arroyo visited
Calicoan Island and during
her 2005 Visayas Area Business conference speech proclaimed Calocoan Island
as the country's surfing spot resort. Before the President's visit the going
rate was Pph 1,000.00 per square meter (beach front) and went up to Pph
1,500.00 two weeks after her visit. This price is still peanut compare to
the current going rate per sq mt. at the now famous tourist
island of
Boracay.
Imagine where this price will be in five to ten years. Island like Calicoan
(our own) do not get created overnight, matter of fact it took millions of
years and there's only one of its kind and it is in our own IROY NGA
TUNA. Since there were media coverage of the President's visit, there are
probably hundred of investors planning to buy a piece of our IROY NGA TUNA.
So you ask me, are
you selling your beach front property? and how much did you buy it for? my
answer is No, and it was way back in 1990 which it cost my late mom Pph 1.00
per sqm. My plan is to develop a beach resort, with a vacation cottage, when
the economic climate is right. With this, I hope, I can create jobs
for my poor fishermen relatives.
If you are planning to get a
piece of our IROY NGA TUNA, before foreigner converge into this paradise
island - now is the time. For those interested or have further questions
please e-mail me.
To Mr. Ray Gaspay, my
million thanks to you for allowing me in sharing this golden
opportunity with our Kababayan abroad.

I am planning to visit
Dolores Eastern Samar in November. What is the best way to get there from
Manila? The 3 possibilities are flying to Tacloban, Calbayog or Catarman. I
am looking for recommendations. How is the ground transportation (bus,

Dako nga SALAMAT! kan Mano
Cesar and to the kind people who donated financial assistance to the poor
victims of violence in Samar. I'm so happy that we have this kababayans who
care and in a big way make a difference in the lives of our brothers in
Samar. Ray why don't you post an account no. wherein people could send
financial help to our brother in Samar.
Mabuhay kayo mano Cesar, Ray
and all the brave Pilipino who stand for what is morally right. I also would
like to appeal to all Pilipino here in Manila to join us in the struggle to
right what is morally wrong, join us in asking PGMA to resign so that our
country could have a fresh start. July 25 the state of the nation address ni
PGMA let us tell her how wrong she was when she thought she could fool us
all the time.
In behalf of the people who

I am reiterating my appeal
for our people in Samar, especially for the victims of the ongoing fighting
between the soldiers of the Philippine Government and the New Peoples Army.
Hopefully this week, when I
get the tabang of Rose Escanan and Addi Batica and their group for the
Family Planning Organization of the Philippines (FPOP) Chapter in Samar,
which is based in Catbalogan I think, and the additional tabang for the
victims of the fighting in Samar, I will be sending the funds to Christine
Casurao, Helen Hernandez, and Ray Gaspay.
Ray, you know what to do.
Please reassure your friends, some of them might be psychopaths who behead
Samarnons who do not agree with them that we are just favoring the poor and
the oppressed in Samar and Pilipinas. They need our help, like the aged in
Catbalogan, the homeless children, etc.
I am not really surprised
about the lack of response to our appeal. It makes me sad. To have my belief
validated that we Samarnons and Filipinos kadam-an we are generally uncaring
for the less fortunate in our society.
Not a single Samarnon
cyberspace emailer said anything about our appeal to help our people in
Samar. Pero kon fiesta ito, party, or irignom ngan kaon kay mga gutom kita,
bisan ira mga credit cards gagamiton. I have experienced that here in
America among the Samarnons and the Filipinos.
Padayon guihapon hangtud ha

Kumusta ulit sa mga taga
Catbalogan. Guess what? I've started connecting with old friends and
classmates. Wonderful?
Sana
sulatan nyo rin ako, siempre I miss all of you.
Sana pwedeng mag post ng pictures dito, In a way at ease
papano..
pamayanan. SANA'Y mahalin natin ang ating kapwa at sana'y MATUTO TAYONG
MAGING MAPAGKUMBABA, MATULUNGIN AT MAPAGKAWANG GAWA. Yan lang ang tanging
dindasal ko.

What drives us to conflict?
This is a question that
points us back in time. What is the human psychology of killing especially
between Government soldiers and the New Peoples Army, Muslim terrorist and
Christian fanatics, hold-upper and victim, abortionist and the mother,
murderer and the innocents, fraternities/gangs and rivals.
Well to my simple
understanding of killings has something to do with the complex existence of
conflict and array of someone’s interest, its coercion. If we take a closer
look in the training of soldiers and armed groups they are so designed to
harm and destroy adversaries. The alertness of their mind are skilled to
identify potential targets and possible opponents.
This capability to harm and
destroy is both obscured by the rule of engagement. The split second
decision to eliminate target on the field is rule by our brains but the
higher and meditated decisions is determined by our minds.
To kill is always an act of
superiority and survival, the thinking at all times being right (thought it
is wrong and repulsive.) and energized during the action is fulfilling and
satisfying are functions and motivations of our human behavior which sits in
our mind and resides in our brain.
We know that data and
information that gets inside our brain be it ideology, sex, business or
murder are product that exists externally. A barangay tanod cannot absurd
information of a genetic engineer unless a thorough and lengthy data
transfer is made to his thoughts. The same is in government soldier and new
peoples army cadre. A floods of relevant data and information is transmitted
to the receptive person to influence their behavior for dual purpose. For
the use by the minders and converts itself.
We live in a hierarchial
network or pyramid scheme wherever we go. Children are under parents, and
younger siblings and both under parents and older siblings. In Companies
rank and file employees and under bosses and manager and the later also are
under chief and captains and the same is under vice-presidents and CEO’s the
higher you are the higher you become a minder and exploiter. Equality is a
fallacy but rather competition abounds.
Data and information works
the same from minders down the executors. Hamas and Islamic Jihad leaders
wont do suicide bombing it’s done by converts to do killings. Same thing is
happening in the Phil. Army and NPA. Pawns are pawns they are not queens in
the game of chess. Unless the pawn knows the secret of being a queen he/she
can also be a good exploiter and minder. Like Gloria Mapacagal-Arroyo she is
a good minder, exploiter and competitor she know the rule of the game in
politics. The same is the oppositions if they want to win you have to slew
her by all means. If they knew there’s hole on the ship then destabilize and
rock the boat do not help to rescue it, this is the way it is. The ordinary
people become pawns and victims. Sacrificial lambs are offered, loyal are
ask to give and bleed more.
Loyalist and political
mercenaries are promise hefty reward. The other party may be left
disadvantaged but the other will claim higher moral ground and the same can
be reverse in the near future…wala… parang Gulong ng Palad. This game of
conflict existed ever since the dawn of man. So few are the minder and
exploiter that are willing to change the rule of command and conquer because
if they do another will rise to slew them and dominate. Grace and mercy is
given only with interest, purpose and show. So? Who will change? NO BODY? SO
THE KILLINGS IN SAMAR WILL GO ON????? Congratulation!!!

I am just wondering if the
introduction or incorporation in the curriculum at school re: respect of
human rights and life, will help reduce the incidence of salvaging,
senseless killings and violence in the near future, (or has it been
incorporated?) I believe that school kids in the present generation will
pick up something sensible if they "choose" to become soldiers or rebels
when they grow up.
Or these are just purely
common sense and judgment of a decent person that one needs to respect
someone's right to live or die? Aahh.... common sense is not always
common.

This is an appeal for our
people in Samar, especially the victims of the ongoing fighting between the
soldiers of the Philippine Government and the New Peoples Army.
Some kind souls, our
friends, have sent in $25, $50, $20, $10, and $40. We told them that this
amount is earmarked to help the victims of the fighting in Samar -- the
soldiers who were ambushed in Calbiga for instance, the 3 young men and
woman and the 8-year old boy who was caught in the crossfire when the
Government Soldiers attacked a Barangay in Jiabong, or the 2 soldiers and a
civilian who died when the vehicle they were riding exploded when a land
mine was detonated somewhere in Basey.
God knows that we want to
help everyone who is in great need, especially the victims of the fighting
going on now in Samar. But we don't have very much. Our soldiers are
compensated by the Government. Whereas, the families of those who believe in
the legitimacy of their cause are probably bereft of any assistance from the
leadership they are supporting.
This is a terrible dilemma.
This is therefore an appeal
to anyone who has the heart to help. Let us share whatever we can spare.
We don't want to be accused
of favoring one group over the other. The protagonists in this sad war are
all Filipinos.
I am requesting Mr. Ray
Gaspay to handle the contributions initially. Perhaps, he can be assisted by
the Bishop of Calbayog and Ms. Christine Casurao who is a member of the
United Church of Christ of the
Philippines.
Please...a little no matter
how small, provided it comes from your heart, to show our pity and
compassion for our people.
