The first press conference held by the newly-elected Samar governor Sharee Ann Tan during the Samar Day on August 11, 2010 at the Samar SP Session Hall, Catbalogan City.

Together with her brother Vice-governor Jimboy Tan, 4 Board Members and 3 department heads, the panel answer queries from various media practitioners coming from Tacloban, Calbayog and Catbalogan on the still unresolved issue of the 2010 annual budget for the province of Samar. Here, the lady governor discusses the effects of a re-enacted budget to the programs and projects of her administration and how to deal with it.
