A press
conference held in Calbayog City on September 3 with the majority
bloc of the Samar Sangguniang Panlalawigan members on the issue of
the August 26, 2010 approval of the 2010 Annual Budget of the
province of Samar.
In
attendance were board members Eunice Babalcon, Noel Sermense,
Charlie Coņejos and Prudencio Dy. They were joined by Atty. Ernesto
Arcales and Atty. Roger Casurao.
